Accommodation: Via Casa Rotaia 3 (not on Google) Via Antonio Meucci, 49, 54011 Bigliolo MS, Italy (public parking on Google)

The best destination is the public car park Via Antonio Meucci, 49, 54011 Bigliolo MS, Italy, and then you can continue according to the screenshot arrow in the attachment below. The courtyard entrance is narrow, but with a right swerve before the left turn to the house, it is manageable. Additionally, you can get up well with an SUV, small car, or mid-size car. Therefore, you are welcome to park at the house where the arrow ends (I will send you a screenshot of this before arrival). However, with a motorhome, Sprinter, or a very long station wagon, the curve to the courtyard entrance is too narrow. Thus, please park at the public parking lot and walk up. For loading or unloading, you can, of course, drive to the courtyard entrance and stop at the road, and then drive back to the parking lot and park there.

Arrival:
House Oleander is located in the scenic hills of Bigliolo. The nearest major airport is Pisa International Airport (Galileo Galilei), approximately 100 kilometers away. From the airport, you can rent a car or take a taxi to reach Bigliolo. The drive takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, offering beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside.

Personal Check-In: Check-in is possible from 12 noon to 3 pm on the day of your arrival. In accordance with Italian law, check-in with ID check is carried out by an authorised person in person on site between 12 noon and 3 pm.

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival 1 day before your day of arrival and again 2 hours before your actual arrival for a quick check-in.

Important information for your stay: Please note that our flat is a non-smoking property.

3 days before your arrival you will receive the user name and wifi password for your internet access in the house ! Wifi reception is already available in the covered area in front of the entrance door.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted.

Parking:

When you arrive at the car park, please follow the small road (slightly uphill).
After the first very slight left turn (after the first house) directly on the left side of the road, you will see the beginning of the black metal fence on the left directly 1 metre above the road, which already belongs to the property.
A few metres further on is the very narrow driveway with the black gate.
Please open this gate. Then you can drive up to the house.

Please note:
The driveway is very narrow, please be very careful when driving up!
However, an SUV/small car/mid-size car will get you up easily if you observe the following:
Please only accelerate slightly on the bend and veer slightly to the right on the road before the bend so that you can get round the bend better on the left.
At the end of the ramp, before the transition from concrete to grass, accelerate a lot, especially in the rain (otherwise the wheels will spin with front-wheel drive and in the worst case you won’t get all the way up!)
As soon as you are on the grass with the front wheels, please reduce your speed.
You can then park at the top of the grass by the house (preferably on the left).
There is enough space for 2 cars on the left-hand side.
If necessary, a third car can park on the right-hand side.
If you drive down again, please drive very slowly and watch out for the stones at the top and swerve sufficiently at the bottom for the right-hand bend.
If you park on the ramp, please secure the vehicle well.
With a motorhome or Sprinter or very long estate car, the bend to the entrance to the courtyard is too tight.
Please park in the public car park and walk up. To load or unload, you can of course drive up to the courtyard entrance and stop on the road and then drive back to the car park and park there.

Check-out time is no later than 10am. Please leave the keys in the key box.
The key box is to the left of the entrance door in the grey built-in cupboard.
Please hang the keys in the key box and please close the box and close the door of the built-in cupboard.
